Rosemary has been practising Iyengar yoga with senior Iyengar teachers for the past 10 years, and is a level 1 Iyengar trainee teacher. Additionally, it is require to hold certificates in anatomy, CPD and Professional Indemnity insurance.

‘Yoga in the Morning- start the day with warming up stretches, asanas (poses), breathing and relaxation. A great start to the day and week, an hour class will lift the spirits, refresh the mind and oxygenate the body. Plus it is fun and non sweaty. Suitable for most levels.

'Babyboomers Yoga'- gentle stretches to tone the body. There are asanas (poses) to suit everyone, irrespective of age and muscle tightness. The use of props ensures that everyone can benefit from the poses without strain. Suitable for everyone without any major physical impediments.
