Helps address problems such as:

  • Sleep onset insomnia
  • Waking in the night
  • Waking too early
  • Difficulty in getting to sleep or staying asleep

Includes:

  • Yoga practice for calming the mind and relaxing the body
  • Analysis of your individual patterns and needs.
  • Individual recommendations: ie yoga practice, bach flowers, other herbal remedies where applicable.
