Learn how to reset your body clock, calm your mind and relax your body so you can enjoy a good night’s sleep.
Helps address problems such as:
- Sleep onset insomnia
- Waking in the night
- Waking too early
- Difficulty in getting to sleep or staying asleep
Includes:
- Discussion with a Naturopath and holistic GP and sleep expert –Dr. Giselle Cooke
- Yoga practice for calming the mind and relaxing the body
- Analysis of your individual patterns and needs.
- Individual recommendations: ie yoga practice, bach flowers, other herbal remedies where applicable.
