Exploring Yoga - General and Intermediate Courses

Explore Yoga and progressively develop your practice through Yoga Sivana's General & Intermediate Courses. Our courses are perfect for students wishing to benefit from a consistant yoga practice by attending weekly classes in a small and personal environment.

60min Classes combine:

  • ASANA- Yoga Postures
  • PRANAYAMA- Breathing Techniques
  • MEDITATION & RELAXATION
  • YOGA PHILOSOPHY

*General Course suitable for all levels.
*Intermediate Yoga is recommended for those with some previous yoga experience.

Pre-booking is required for each term. Classes will run with a min of 5 and max of 10 students only.

  • Mondays 1pm-2pm (Beginner/General)- starts Sept 27
  • Tuesdays 6:15pm-7:15pm (Intermediate)- starts Sept 21
  • Tuesdays 7.30pm-8.30pm (Yoga & Meditation)- starts Sept 21
  • Saturdays 9am-10am (General)- starts Sept 25
  • Saturdays 10.15am-11.15am (General)- starts Sept 25

Cost -
6 week term. Prices below

  • 1 class per week = $108 ($18 per class)
  • 2 classes/wk = $198 ($16.50 per class = 1 free class)
  • 3 classes/wk = $270 ($15 per class = 3 free classes)
  • *Bring a friend and both receive a free class!
  • **Missed classes can be made up at alternate time slots during term.
