About 10 years ago I felt I had it all—my dream home, my perfect partner three beautiful children, a successful business. Then due to many circumstances that I felt at the time where beyond my control, things began to change. My husband and I lost our dream home, separated, I sold my business and had to begin my life all over again. This was during my early 40’s, right when I least expected these major life changes to happen! I was definitely suffering, I felt depressed, stressed and confused as to why these things had happened to me.
What I discovered was that I could use these tumultuous, unstable times as alchemy for inner peace. I taught myself how to experience inner stability despite what was going on around me. At the time I couldn’t understand why all these challenging things where happening to me, but I now appreciate them for the gift that they were, enabling me to discover the true source of peace and stability! Now I would like to share the wisdom of these gifts with you.
If you are in pain, struggling and suffering as I was, I can assure you that it is possible to transcend these feelings and live from a state of peace and grace, no matter what challenges you may be facing.
I invite you to join me for my six-week course which teaches you how to create a vital, healthy and happy body. After the course you will look forward to getting out of bed everyday to live the life you truly desire. The course will teach you how to move through any areas in your life that you may feel currently stuck in such as relationships, health or finances. When you are stuck in certain areas of your life this can leave us feeling angry and frustrated, which in the long term if not addressed, can lead to disease in the body.
Each week builds on the content and the skills learnt the previous week,
deepening your understanding of yourself and how to create a harmonious and
joyful life. The time in between the weekly sessions allows you the space
to reflect and integrate the new leanings.

Course ouline:
Week 1: Tune into your body
Health problems such as poor digestion, headaches, colds, sinus, asthma and bad backs can be common—yet your bodies natural state is wellness and vitality. Understanding the signals of your body can prevent minor health issues turning into major ones. Your body wants you to be well, whole and happy and constantly gives you signals to maintain this state.
Learn how your emotional and physical worlds are inter-related and how specific emotions relate to certain areas of your body.
Maintain a healthy mind-body connection, to remain emotionally and physically strong throughout your life.
Week 2: Make peace with your past
Everyone has a past. The difference is if we are able to accept it for what it was, the gifts that it bought us and how it has positively shaped our character (even the most challenging times).
If your current life is not working out for you in a way that you would like, it can be a sign that unconscious patterns are at work. The course will teach you how to uncover these patters allowing you to make the choices you would like.
Set yourself free from the past and be the person you want to be.
Week 3: Learn how to respond rather than react to situations
It is easy to live from your reactive nature fuelled by the unexpected pressures of life! A reaction causes you to emotionally attack (fight) or withdraw (flight) in a stressful situation rather than responding from your empowered self.
The course will teach you how to rise above automatic reactions that can leave you feeling out of control and confused. Learn how to avoid the damage that unintended angry outbursts or passive aggressive behavior can create—often with the people you love the most!
Learn how to transcend reactive behaviour so you feel in empowered in all situations. It is possible to embody love and radiant joy and be the person you want to be.

Week 4: Make your mind your friend
A mind that is restless can make you feel agitated and irritated and reflect in chaos and drama in your outer world. However if you learn the simple techniques to create a peaceful, calm mind it is possible to create a life that is satisfying and stable.
Learn to create a peace by understanding your unconscious and conscious mind. Learn how to reprogram your mind from unconscious pain, to be able to consciously create joy and happiness in your life.

Week 5: Let your intuition be your guide
How confident and relaxed would you be if you knew that every day, anywhere and anytime you have the exact tool you need to live in the most perfect way for you? Well you do have that tool in the form of your intuition. It is your inbuilt gift to guide you on your path to peace and happiness. However sometimes fear can over ride the messages your intiuition it is telling you leading to decisions based on anxiety and stress.
During week 5 you will learn how to connect, trust, act and speak from your intuition. You will learn simple yet powerful techniques to access your internal guidance allowing you to live a life based on the solid foundation of love and wisdom.
Live a life of joy and contentment when your intuition is your guide.
Week 6: Conscious Relationships
Conflict can be the most common cause of stress and anxiety leading to sleepless night and fractured relationships. This is often due to unconscious patterns and learned behaviors.
By learning life-enhancing communication tools and knowing how to manage your energy, you can transform your relationships to instead become a great source of joy.
Learning these skills is one of the greatest gifts you can give your self and those around you as you experience and create positive relationships.
This transformative course teaches you HOW to experience your true divine, loving nature allowing you to step into your true power.
