Kinesiology has the ability to restore emotional peace and stability to a person’s state of mind and to facilitate the healing of any physical illness within the body. Optimal health is created by assessing the body in a number of ways. Each client is assessed structurally, emotionally and nutritionally using gentle manual muscle testing to ascertain information about the individual’s state of well-being.

Kinesiology can be used to relieve pain, anxiety and muscular and nervous disorders. Emotionally it helps clients to respond rather than react to situations. It can also be used to determine the blocks that may be preventing a person from moving forward in life. It can bring awareness of beliefs that no longer serve an individual and assist them in changing their perspective. Kinesiology also enables people to become aware of unconscious patterns or behaviours. By creating greater awareness, clients are able to live a more conscious life - a life of choice.

The link between the conscious and the unconscious mind can be used to identify factors that may be blocking the body’s natural healing processes. These blocks are often physically manifested in the body as trapped cellular memories and/or physical disease. Kinesiology creates deep emotional and physical healing by releasing trapped cellular memories. This is done by creating greater self-awareness, with nutritional support and by balancing the body’s energy systems. Once cellular memories are released (and any energetic blocks removed) the body has the capacity to heal itself.

Kinesiology is a process that helps a person to be in the best feeling state possible. This allows them to attract the things that they desire into their experience. It enables people to feel more connected to themselves, allowing them to live with a sense of wellbeing and contentment.

The mind, body and spirit are one. If the body is not in optimum health this is an indication of potential imbalances in the mind, body and/or spirit. Kinesiology can facilitate a healthy body, a restful mind and a soul living on purpose by removing any blocks and allowing the body to heal itself.
