Correct breathing and healthy airways are fundamental to a child’s health, facial attractiveness and development. Taking steps to improve a child’s breathing can also improve their sleep, mood, behaviour, ability to pay attention, eliminate bedwetting, decrease their needs for asthma medication and reduce the incidence of colds and ear infections.
