After finishing her Degree in Philosophy at Macquarie University, she spent the next year travelling the world until her journey led her to India where she undertook her Diploma in Yoga Teaching at Yoga Vidya Gurukul. While in India, Kelly trained in traditional Ashtanga Yoga, which focuses on comfortably maintaining postures to gain the full benefits from each asana. Kelly has since studied Yoga Therapy & Movement & Lifestyle Coaching with Mark Breadner & Nicole Goodwin of Body Mind Life, and with Aaron McKenzie of Origin of Energy. Kelly now teaches Yoga, Wholistic Exercise & Personal Development. Her students are encouraged to build strength as well as flexibility, connect with their breath and examine various aspects of their lifestyle in order to achieve optimal health & wellbeing and live balanced & joyful lives.
