Reiki, Detox footbath

Student of Kinesiology, Naturopathy, Metaphysics, Mind Body connections, Biodanza and Fundamental Movement. I am a qualified Reiki Practitioner and am interested in facilitating the body’s natural ability to heal through the quest for balance and natural health practices.

From 1995 to 1900 I worked as a director on a television program that examined the entire spectrum of healing. I witnessed the difference that a balanced and re-energized body and mind can make.

I have since studied Touch for Health (the fundamentals of Kinesiology), Brain Gym 1 and Biodanza ( A natural meditative movement system). I am currently enrolled in Naturopathy at Nature Care.

Why introduce a foot bath detox programme, combined with massage and Reiki?
